The ASSOCIATION OF UNINCORPORATED MINISTRIES, “AUM,” is a fellowship made up of a private congregation of clergy representing various beliefs and cultures, including a diverse group of spiritual associations globally, whom integrate missionary outreach activites for purposes that include, but are not necessarily limited to, such educational, humanitarian, and beneficent purposes as:

A) Furthering the spiritual evolution of mankind to enjoy maximum liberation and actualization of the innate nature of every man and woman for personal and spiritual growth, enlightenment, development, and fulfillment, in whatever terms and ways may pertain to each unique individual.

B) Furthering the upliftment and wellbeing of all people throughout the world and the betterment of life on planet Earth by supporting humanitarian, charitable, and other organizations that can, or are already, successfully helping those in need.

C) Making available a new, independent, unencumbered, private, and virtual realm wherein and through which Spiritual and Religious organizations or associations from varying cultures may meet to exchange ideas in a free forum to uncover a common universal Truth. By discovering a unity that transcends the differences in religions, an underlying Truth that all religious paths share as the common goal of enlightened understanding that comes with the pinnacle of all paths to Truth, we believe the result would be less conflict (due to more understanding) in the world.

It is expressly declared in the Charter that AUM is not any form of public entity, such as a public corporation, for-profit business partnership, company, estate, joint stock company, trust, or other legal person in the public forum, and is hereby created as a separate, lawful, spiritual, non-profit, and private venue. No person, legal or natural, may lawfully possess any interest of AUM. AUM is a non-commercial entity, retaining no bank account, using no money of any sort, and may never have any employees.
