Mundus Society: Mundus Society Charter
-PREAMBLE-
WE THE UNDER AUTOGRAPHING NATURAL PEOPLES OF THE MUNDUS SOCIETY, BY PRIVATE CONTRACT, AND SPIRITUAL CREED, DETERMINED
to live in peace with all people, both natural and artificial, in comity and harmony, and
to reaffirm faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human living natural person, in the equal rights of men and women and of nations large and small, and
to establish conditions under which justice and respect for the obligations arising from treaties and other sources of international law can be maintained, and
to promote social progress and better standards of life in larger freedom, and
to recognize the inherent sovereignty of each individual natural person as an unalienable right derived from our fundamental relationship with the Creator,
AND FOR THESE ENDS
to practice tolerance and live together in peace with one another as good neighbours, and
to unite our life, labor, and purpose to maintain individual, national, and international peace, sustainability, and security, and to ensure, by the acceptance of principles and the institution of methods, that armed force shall not be used, andto employ international machinery for the promotion of the economic and social advancement of all peoples,
HAVE RESOLVED TO COMBINE OUR EFFORTS TO ACCOMPLISH THESE AIMS
Accordingly, the under autographing individuals do by private contract, with full disclosure, understanding, and expressed consent, agree to the present Charter of the MUNDUS SOCIETY and do hereby establish an international organization to be known as the MUNDUS SOCIETY.
We, therefore, the Individual Members of the MUNDUS SOCIETY, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do solemnly publish and declare that MUNDUS SOCIETY is, and of Right ought to be recognized as a Free State; that the individual natural people autographing hereunder are Absolved from all Allegiance and all political connection between them and their current State of allegiance, jurisdiction, and pledge; and that as a Free and Independent State, MUNDUS SOCIETY has full Power to conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, establish a independent Treasury and currency, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
