Mundus Society: Our Declaration of Independence

IN ASSEMBLY, this Day of the Yellow Resonant Star, day 6 of Solar Moon of Intention [gregorian date of March 12, 2005], the under autographed living free people, for purposes of establishing each individual claim of personal sovereignty, with recognition from others of ordained capacity; and for freeing each living being from any binds, legal or otherwise which may be operational, this  unanimous Declaration of Independence is hereby proclaimed and established.

 DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
 
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people [Natural] or person [legal- body politic] to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
 
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, which are held up in multiple International Treaties and Agreements {listed below}, and that among these are Life, Liberty to associate, freedom of and from religious or spiritual beliefs and practices, and the pursuit of Happiness - all as long as these activities do not tresspass on another persons unalienable rights, or damages their property.
 
That to secure these rights, Governments of various types are instituted among Men/Women, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed in the case of most Democracy or Monarchies, or deriving from the contract (as opposed to consent) entered into by those expressely domiciling in a Spiritually based Theocracy.  That each indivdual person as the unit of self responsibility and free will has the unalienable right to contract with, congregate, and associate with, other living people to create governments is the basis of all un-colored law on planet Earth.   
 
That whenever any natural person believes that their present Form of Government becomes destructive of the people meeting their common peaceful ends, it is the Right of each People to abolish the contracts which bind them, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
 
The history of the present commercial and legal system of government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of perpetual indebted servitude over these under autographing natural persons.
 
We, therefore, the under autographing natural free people, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the Creator who established within each of us free will, solemnly publish and declare, That these under autographing natural free people are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent to establish a form of government which is in alignment with our/there spiritually held creed and convictions; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to any government or institution of man presuming to claim authority over each of the under autographing free natural living people, and that all political connection between them and the institutions of man, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent persons, have full Power to contract, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
 
Having declared our freedom, causes, and sovereignty, we the undersigned living beings do agree to form, sign, and maintain the MUNDUS SOCIETY as a Information Age body politic, whose primary domicile wil be that of Cyber-Space.  [Read the Charter]
