Seven (!) SVUUS youth gave it all (every last cent they had) at the Youth Auction to take a stand for this project, passing up an array of toys and games (not to mention the excitement of the bidding process) to win the first ride up on the new elevator.  Winning bidders Isabelle Burns, Maggie Burns, Fred Gurney, Judith Korbanka, Meredith Larsen, Palmer Larsen, and Kate Lowry came to the front to guarantee their place on that first ride up.  See full article HERE.

At the Adult Auction, Heidi Harris outbid all to earn the right to cut the ribbon on our big day. Scott Renshaw and Deb Rosenberg won 1st ride down at the Auction; that is, after the kids bring it up, of course!

The Grand Opening for our accessible restroom is now scheduled for Sunday, December 14th.   Come to SVUUS at at 10:20 for this event BEFORE worship service.

Elevator Construction progresses with shaft construction this month and completion expected early in the new year.

Our Campaign is in full swing. $84,913 pledged/given to date! $35K+ to go. 

Don't forget to turn in YOUR pledge.  You can give in three tax years: '08, '09 AND '10.
