Phillip J. Rodriguez is the President and Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Rodriguez started his career in the insurance and investment business in 1980. In 1984 he joined Empire Securities Corporation, in 2003 became an owner of the firm, and sold his interest in 2009.

Mr. Rodriguez is a licensed General Securities and Municipal Securities Principal, a General Securities Representative, and an Investment Advisor.  He is also licensed with the California Department of Insurance (CDI) for Life, Accident and Health, Variable Contracts, and as a Fire and Casualty Broker-Agent.
