Pembrokeshire Turns Off Lights
by Charles Clover, Telegraph.co.uk - UK, 16 October, 2008
Pembrokeshire has become the second council in Wales to turn off street lights after midnight to save money and reduce carbon emissions. This decision, which so improves the night sky, has proved controversial.
