What is a Church/Ministry ?

A Ministry (or Church if you like) is not necessarily a building or even a congregation.  A Church/Ministry is simply a religious establishment consisting of two or more people. It is an artificial entity or what might be called a legal fiction, which anyone, including you, may create or establish. A Church/Ministry may or may not have buildings, ceremonies, a creed, robes and/or vestments, it has what you choose. The Church/Ministries we provide do require  a Flag, which our artist will help create for you.

Interestingly, as we get into in the below Featured Blog entitled "Exempt Organizations," a Church/Ministry or an auxiliary does not need to be 501 (c) (3) charity organizations in order to be exempt, you can choose to be an unincorporated entity which falls under 508 status, which is exempt even if it does not file for exempt recognition.  Under Code 508 (a) it states:  "New organizations must notify the secretary that they are applying for recognition of 501(c)(3) status EXCEPT as provided in Subsection (c)."  Found in Code 508 (c) (1), "Exceptions - mandatory exceptions - subsection (a), shall not apply to - (A) Churches, their integrated auxiliaries, and conventions or associations of churches."

There are a myriad of reasons you may want to start a  Church/Ministry, including doing outreach in your community, going on mission to help people in other countries, and more.

Our paralegal service can create the indentures, seal, flag, minutes, and support documentation for establishing your Church/Ministry; the same as ordering a corporation.  We work with you to make your Church/Ministry fit your beliefs and needs specifically.
